The webinar platform comes packed with features and I can’t hope to name them all here. Instead, I’ll go through the most interesting ones and give you an overview of what it can do. You’ll have a clear idea of what’s attainable and what isn’t.
Live, automated, hybrid, and series webinars
WebinarNinja has a number of webinar types that you can use to generate leads, engage your audience, and increase revenue. Of course, it has the live and automated webinars that most of us are familiar with.
It then adds in a hybrid webinar. This is a webinar that has both live and recorded segments. It can be a decided advantage when you have high-quality recordings of your presentation. You can incorporate them into your live presentation while saving your energy for the interactive portion at the end.
The series webinars are ideal if you’re running a workshop, summit, or event and want to make sure all the presentations are grouped together.
For the most part, webinars are created to promote specific offers. This platform makes it simple to direct people to the right page on your website or to the checkout from within the presentation. There’s no added step which requires them to start typing in the URL in their browser bar.

All plans come with live and automated webinar options and most of the features. The only features excluded based on plans are FB ads tracking, webinar series, and hybrid webinars. If those are important to you then you’ll have to purchase a Pro or Plus plan to get access.
Add-ons and Integrations
The platform has a large range of integrations with the major tools like ActiveCampaign, Drip, LeadPages, Keap, Hubspot, and many more. If you can’t find a direct integration then you may be able to send your lead data where it needs to go with Zapier (keep in mind that if you have a large volume of registrants then you’ll need a paid Zapier subscription).
Ask the support team if an integration with the tools you use is available before signing up to prevent unwanted surprises.
Ease of Use
One of the draws of WebinarNinja is that it’s easy for people, even those who aren’t technical to get up and running. The basic features like setting up a webinar, landing pages, emails, and more are part of the wizard so it’s hard to miss a step.
In addition to that, the most important buttons and menu options are easy to find. One gripe I have is the color scheme. It’s a lighter grey on a darker grey background. While this is fine in most cases, I found myself straining to see the options at time.
If you can get beyond that then you’ll be able to set up and launch a webinar quickly with the tool.
Pros and Cons
Of course, there are both pros and cons associated with the platform. Fortunately, the cons are manageable for most users and the team is always improving the software.

Customer support seems to be a mixed bag. When I was using the software, the replies were prompt and the agents were knowledgeable. Some people on review websites like Capterra have mentioned they’ve had to wait hours when a mission critical feature glitches. One person mentioned that it took two weeks to get a reply to a form they’d filled out.
I didn’t have an experience like that. Those poor support experiences seem to be the exception to the rule rather than a normal occurrence.

In a word, yes. It's a solid tool that brings all of the most important features under one roof. With that being said, it does have a few peculiarities that take some getting used to.
For example, the webinar setup process isn't a wizard. You create a webinar then go to a screen where you choose what you want to edit individually. There's no structured process where you click a button when you're done with one step to move on to the next one. This makes it easy to forget to do things during the set up process.
Apart from that, the pricing is fair, the features are expansive, and you're able to deliver an excellent webinar without having to worry about the tech behind it. In my book, that's worth way more than what they're charging.
