How Printify Works

Pick

Choose from over 300 products such as mugs, socks, shirts and home accessories ready for you to customize. Pick the products based on the location of the manufacturer to suit your delivery needs.

Customize

Printify’s mock-up generator allows you to easily create the designs you want with minimal technical design skills required. Simply drag and drop your designs or your logo over the apparel or product you want to get the unique product you require.

Sample

One of the biggest benefits of Printify’s marketplace or multi – seller approach is that you can try out different quality sellers by ordering a sample from each. Test to see if it’s worthwhile trading off longer shipping times for higher margins or see which seller gives you the best quality. There’s no need to take the plunge and order thousands of products without knowing the quality of what you order beforehand.

Publish

Once you’re ready with your product, publish it directly onto your e-commerce store to sell. Printify integrates directly with Shopify, Wix, WordPress and more, so the designs you create on Printify can be automatically uploaded to your store.

Add-Ons & Integrations

Printify API

Printify’s API allows merchants to have more flexibility and automated processes with Printify. Common use case? Merchants or e-commerce stores want to give their customers the availity to customise some products. This could be in the form of custom tshirts or couple’s phone cases.

These are prints that all custom, and no two prints are the same. This is when an API will come in handy, as you can auotmatically send that customer’s orders throught to Printify and have that product produced without any human interaction.

The API will also come in handy for larger e-commerce stores that run on a custom CMS platform, ie, not Shopify or Woo-commerce and will need to have their developers use the Printify API to connect their store.

Other Integrations

Printify also integrates directly with:

  • Shopify
  • Etsy
  • eBay
  • PrestaShop
  • BigCommerce
  • WIX
  • WooCommerce
  • Squarespace

This will mean that you don’t need a developer’s help to connect your store to Printify.

Ease of Use

Using Printify is just like shopping at any other e-commerce store. But rather than products for you to use yourself, you are shopping for white label products that you can resell.

Printiy also shows you the average production time per item and the costs up front, so you don’t need to negotiate and go back and forth with the seller. (There’s Alibaba for that)

Plans & Pricing

Printify charges merchants a monthly fee and of course, you need to pay for the products you order through their platform.

Although Printify is free to start, giving you access to their whole platform for you order products and 5 store connections, if you already have an e-commerce store up and running, it maybe worthwhile joining their Premium plan for $24.99 a month, but they give you 20% off your orders.

Printify also caters to enterprise customers too, for businesses that will order over 10,000 products a day.
