The Top 13 Linkedin Lead Generation Tools of 2024

linkedin leads

So if you’re ever trying to sell a service, Linkedin is the platform to use, as whenever you’re outreaching someone on Linkedin, they will know your intent.

However, as a social media platform, you still need to be smart on how you operate your sales process. With manual action, prospecting and outreach can take so much of your time, to the point there it may be not sustainable.

The following list is slightly different to the other LinkedIn lead generation tool rounds ups out there. Keep in mind that we may receive commissions when you click our links and make purchases. However, this does not impact our comparisons and recommendations. We try our best to keep things fair and balanced, in order to help you make the best choice for you.

What makes a good Linkedin Lead Generation Tool?

Whenever you're choosing a Linkedin Lead Gen tool, you need to start with your main goal - what is it? If you’re just looking to get a tool that can help you get more emails to use, then a simple Chrome extension that can save prospects into a list for you to extract will be sufficient.

For a strong outreach program, I always believe that you need to customize each email as you send out, and for that reason, I don’t believe you need a bulk outreach tool, rather, you can just mark the status to the lead on your Google Sheets or excel as you go.

To round it up, I believe that a tool such as Skrapp, or Areoleads would be perfect if you’re doing very targeted outreach.

However, if you’re doing bulk outreach, then it would be handy to have a CRM bolted onto your scraper, so a tool such as Octopus CRM would be handy to manage the process.

Should you choose a 3rd party Linkedin lead generation tool over Linkedin's solutions?

Everyone's situation is different. If you're coming from a position where you have a limited budget (startups, bootstrappers, hustlers), then going for a 3rd party lead generation tool is definitely the option to go for.

For a fraction of the price of a Linkedin Premium account, you can dig up the email address of your prospects and reach out to them via email.

However, that said, of course, if you do have the budgets and are able comfortable afford Linkedin Premium with Sales Naviagator, then that could be extremely useful - due to Linkedin's naturally high open rate.

So based on your situation, go for the option that works for you.

Final Thoughts

To round it up, don’t get stuck and take forever to think of the best Linkedin tool to use. Find one quickly and move on to crafting your outreach. Best of luck!
